Please read thoroughly and to the end. This covers what I will and will not draw, my refund policy, and more. Breaking any of these terms may result in the cancelation of your commission and a possible blacklisting:

 

General Terms

• I have the right to reject and/or cancel a commission at any time.

  • If cancellation is due to my personal issues, your money will be 100% refunded.

  • If cancellation is due to your behavior or constant failure to respect the T.O.S., your money may be partially refunded depending on the situation and how much work has been done.

• Different types of commissions will be completed in different timeframes. These timeframes will not begin until I accept payment and are as follows:

  • Tweened Animations: 1-2 weeks

  • Frame-By-Frame Animations: 2-4 Weeks

• I require that you have a proper reference sheet of the character(s) and/or object(s) you want drawn. Preferably, this would be a fullbody, flat colored image of the character(s) with any additional props of importance.

  • Google images in moderation – for example, a few pictures of an outfit you want a character drawn in – is acceptable.

  • Vague descriptions with no visual reference will not be accepted as it is likely to result in miscommunications and a messy cycle of corrections

• I will do:

  • Furries/Anthropomorphic Animals

  • Feral/4 Legged Animals

  • Domesticated Animals/Pets

  • Fandom Ocs

  • Minor Gore/Blood

• I will not do:

  • Humans/Humanoids

  • Derogatory/Hate Speech

  • Art With Political Agendas

  • NSFW/Sexual Content/Kinks

  • Extreme Gore/Blood

  • Extremely Detailed Mecha/Machinary

  • Other People’s Styles

 

Refund Policy/Payment

• I accept payment through Paypal and Cashapp only. Any other offered payment methods will be rejected.

• I require full payment upfront with no exceptions.

  • This is for my protection and to ensure that you are fully willing to pay for my work and respect my time and effort.

  • Continuous attempts to negotiate or circumvent this rule may result in the cancellation of your commission.

• Once the sketch is finished, no refunds will be issued unless I need to cancel your commission due to personal issues.

• Minor changes may be requested up to the finalized lineart stage while major changes may be requested up to the finalized sketch phase. Requested changes past these timeframes may result in an extra fee depending on the severity of the changes.

 

Rights/Permissions

• You cannot use my artwork or animations for any commercial or monetary purposes.

• You cannot use my artwork or animations for anything related to AI.

• You may use my artwork for personal use. This includes profile pictures, icons, YouTube banners and other forms of public display as long as you credit me directly with my Youtube and Instagram.

• I will not accept my artwork being used in selfish, derogatory or harmful manners that I personally do not condone.

• I have the right to post commission artwork and animations to my social media or use it in my portfolio and commission examples.

  • This can be negotiated and I will respect your request if you do not want your commission posted.
